But the only thing that bothers me is the clear navy Color For deep autumns. I understand why deeps have chinese blue and aqua (as they have a yellow undertones /greenish blue) but the navy blue doesn't contain warm undertones, nor is it neutral so why is it that deeps can wear navy

The reason clear navy can work for deep autumns is because they are along the deep continuum (along with deep winters). This set has high contrast between their hair, skin, and eyes. Therefore they can wear shaded colors with plenty of pigmentation. The navy they pick shouldn't have too much black and should be a true blue without lots of muddiness. And while clear navy may work for most deep autumns, it may now work for everyone. Each complexion is unique, and the categories are only meant to work as starting templates.
