Dear Partner,

We would like to inform that the next 29th March there will be a general strike in
Spain that will affect all the economical sectors, not only tourism.

Regarding our destination services, we do not expect incidences but:


- Transfers from/to airports, airlines and land transportation will most
probably be affected, but at the present moment is not possible to confirm that
services will be provided.

- Hotels will offer the minimum services established by law, therefore it
is possible that they will not offer cleaning nor bar and restaurant services.

- Excursions will most probably be cancelled in order to avoid that clients
will not be receiving the services they paid for.

We would like to point out that this is a force majeure event and consequently
beyond our reasonable control.

We remain at your complete disposal for any additional information that might be
needed.
