YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES
Appropriate local sales taxes at the appropriate rate(s) in force. Airport surcharge for rentals commencing at an airport location. Daily Road Fee.
Unlimited mileage and fire insurance. Liability Insurance for injuries or damages to persons or things outside the vehicle.
Rental includes Collision Damage coverage. Rental limits potential vehicle damage or loss liability to an excess EUR 250.00.
Rental includes Theft Protection for the vehicle. Rental limits potential vehicle loss to an excess of approx EUR 435.00.

RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE
Insurance coverage for personal injuries to driver or passengers. Optional coverage may be offered locally for an additional fee. Personal Accident Insurance.
Optional coverage may be available locally at an additional cost that will reduce the insurance excess.
Gasoline or Diesel. Client should return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as rented and to retain copies of gas receipts. Exception: Pre-paid fuel option, in which case, vehicle should be returned as empty as possible (no refund for unused fuel)

GENERAL TERMS
Auto Europe does not provide insurance. Coverage is provided by the rental company as indicated. Additional coverage may be available for purchase from the rental company.
Auto Europe has no cancellation fee when Auto Europe is advised 48 hours prior to the reserved rental start date. Auto Europe does not charge any amendment fee up to 48 hours prior to rental start date however should a reservation be amended the client will have to pay the rate available at the time of change. Should the customer cancel less than 48 hours prior to the reserved rental start date a cancellation fee equal to the first 3 days of the rental will be charged. In case of a cancellation due to officially acknowledged Force Majeure Auto Europe will waive the cancellation fee and charge an adminstration fee of EUR 30/GBP25 only. Auto Europe does not refund any unused days if the customer does not show up, shows up late or returns the vehicle early. Regarding all of the above, the customer is always free to prove lesser cost..
An International drivers license is strongly recommended for renters holding a non EU license.
Renter and any additional drivers must present a valid drivers license held for a minimum of 2 years (some exceptions may apply).
Please note, regardless of the method of payment used to make this booking, you will be required at time of pick up by the local supplier to leave a security deposit for the vehicle. This takes the form of an amount (minimum: excess+fuel+vat) being blocked on an international credit card in the name of the primary driver (cash deposits , maestro, switch, visa electron and all debit cards are not accepted). The blocked amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented..
