This is a viciuos circle: you are afraid to speak because you make a lot of mistakes. But why do you make a lot of mistakes? Because you don't know grammar. But you don't want to study grammar because you need to speak first.
It's impossible... You will always make mistakes unless you study some grammar.

What concerns English grammar.. We need more practice in spoken English, then - reading books, writing notes on this page will enrich our vocabulary.. And yes.. Most of us have cableTv, so listening might be implemented while watching BBC or CNN news
channels.
