During my pregnancy and after it I was drinking nonalkoholic beer biggrin.gif Besides, in my opinion, one small glass of red wine during breastfeading is not bad drinks_cheers.gif

Ma, you are absolutely right - one glass of wine or beer won't do any harm. I quess that it is only a myth created by Lithuanian temperance movement mirksiukas.gif
I am still breastfeeding and sometimes I nearly die because I want beer so much. Later I've found out that a glass of beer is quite useful - it promotes lactation, has plenty of B group vitamines. The main thing is .. the sence of proportion.

It's the same with cigarettes: you are smoking a lot or you are not smoking at all. That's why I don't want to start any bad habits while I am breastfeading. Maybe it's ok for people with a strong will, but I now myself: nothing bad will happen if I have one pint of bear and a cigarette, then two, then three, and then I will have to stop breastfeading. It's like you on diet: you don't eat candies at all, or you say I won't become fat of one candie, and you eat one, than two, than three and than a kilo lotuliukas.gif

Usually we (me and my fiance) Friday or Saturday evening spend with our friends. Every Sunday we used to go to the theatre, now we do it rarely... blush2.gif And other similar stuff biggrin.gif

I like theatre too, but I haven`t been here for a long time blush2.gif But we will go to the concert of Smoriginas this month( oh, I don`t know how to write this sentence doh.gif )...
Somethimes I meet my friends, also go to the basketball or the football match to help for the volunteers ax.gif Or just staying at home with my crafts lotuliukas.gif
