I have
a question
When I wrote about my English group before:
"Not big group" - you corrected: " Not
a big group"...Yes?
When I wrote about my mistakes:
Not a big but they are MISTAKES - you corrected: "
Not big but they are MISTAKES"
Why??? In the first sentence this
a is necessary but in the second - no...I don't unterstand
It's because you don't use a noun after
big, and when an adjective stands alone, we don't use articles.

I attempt to explain
these grammar rules to you.
A, an and the are
articles
Mistakes are noun plural.
I think you know when we use
articles and when we use nouns plural.
